Indices: Stock market update: Nifty Auto index advances 0.09%

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Auto index closed on a positive note on Monday.

Shares of TVS Motor Company Ltd.(up 3.87 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 3.14 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 1.77 per cent) and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 1.73 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
